Yes and it's not just October either. He is leading the Nhl in plus/minus by a wide margin going all the way back to late February of last season. It's not even close. This dude is getting the job done everywhere and then some.

Back when I said it's not like Manning is a world beater or anything. Well, Couturier is a world beater right now...Lol And three months is a pretty long time to be consistently doing that.

Going all the way back during the same time span Gudas is 4th in the entire league in plus/minus. Surprising but not surprising.

6-1, But they've had a relatively easy schedule and 7 of their first 9 games at home. Now they've lost Fleury and Subban due to injury and their third string goalie is a rookie who has played in one Nhl period. He gave up a goal on his first shot. They are in trouble now.

There's no way they can keep scoring like this either. Neal with 6 goals in 7 games...Lol His career high is 40 and I don't think he's going to come near that.

Lehtera looked decent last game. Weise has looked better this year. Lehtera did score 14 a few years ago so maybe they think he can be a better finisher. I like Weise on that line as I don't want people to try to take liberties with the young guys Patrick - 19 and TK -20.

I agree Weise should be on the third line especially since that line has been good since Patrick was moved down to third line center why would they break that line up.Man i didn't realize Lehetra was 29 already.

It's ridiculous, but it is only 7 games at 6-1. There's no way they stay that competitive moving forward. Just not enough depth and scoring. Chicago is going to light them up in the next game.

They are all just playing with a massive chip on their shoulders, but now goaltending and scoring will be major issues.
