I also think we need to get serious about the events guys. We have a week left and nothing is set in stone. Like Meow said, we will need reservations for whatever we do Saturday morning/afternoon.

We also need to figure out what we're doing Friday night. Are we going out to celebrate your wife's b-day Meow? Does she have a specific location in mind? I'm not sure everyone has a passport so I would assume Canada is out of the question.

I'd be down with everyone going into thier rooms and sit on the toilet while we call each other on the phone and ask how is everyone feeling at the moment.

Just an FYI.....if we are going to play Whirleyball that requires a reservation, you cant just walk in and expect to play so a decison needs to be made immediately on what we are doing. Zwic is out on Saturday for anything due to his work schedule. Whirleyball is best with 10 players because that is how many cars there are on the court. You can play with less but that leaves cars sitting idle on the track. If we choose to play that, which is my vote as opposed to golf then we need a headcount quick and a reservation.

Available players as it stands now are me, Micro, Smitty, 68, Max, Lionstop, TP. Swarm was planning to hang out with us on Saturday but his life is pretty active right now so I am not sure if he still plans to do that. If he does that makes 8 but finding two more would be helpful. We need to make a decision quickly. Maybe Swarm has some friends who would want to play.

Would any of the ladies be interested in playing? Or is this our "manly man" time like golf was?

Need to know as quickly as possible so we can set a time and the # of hrs we choose to play for. Court rental is a straight $160/hr. So three hours with 10 guys is $48 each. Three hours with 8 is $60. the sweet part of this deal is that we can bring in our own alcohol so that is alot of savings right there.

I think a mid-afternoon time frame works best because that is what they told me was available (I cant remember the exact time slots but believe 3-6pm was one of them. Not sure how quickly those fill up but we better move today or we wont have anything to do on Saturday. I dont have much of an interest sitting in a hotel room playing poker. Not sure if I would be taking part in that.

3 house of whirlyball sounds like a lot. From that video u posted months ago, it looks like there's just a bunch of fucking spinning around in circles and chaos. With the amount we'll be drinking, is 3 hours of spinning around too much? Lets hope there's a dumpster I can puke behind.

2 hours is plenty. One of our Vice Presidents of Alcohol Consumption booked it a month ago for a group of 25 and 2 hours was good. Teams were like 6 or so each and it let you play, then come out and rest, then play again.

That on Saturday afternoon and poker in the evening, or vice versa, would be fun. Golf is good too, but there were a few non-golfers last year.

All with hotel reservations please let me know how many nights you want each (Fri, Sat, Sun). I'll add your names to the reservation and give you the confirmation numbers.
