Word on the street is V.Davis will likely play this week. Crab declared himself healthy, but pretty sure he would do everything in his power to say he's healthy in a contract year.
IDK, he can say whatever he wants but he won't get a good contract unless he performs....healthy or not? is it better to play hurt and thus poorly, or get healthy and play well? even with less good performances, that is better.
in the big picture of his career, he doesn't have enough 'body of work' to garner a LARGE contract. add to that his lingering injury history, can't see what real game leverage he can throw out?
hope we don't give him a large contract and IMO, "large" is top 15 for WR's. So sign him ok, just not high and not with large guarantees.
