I’ve heard interviews from those that were there and they said that Howell had the edge in camp

I attended 4 sessions and witnessed first-hand how much they divided the reps. It wasn't close, I'm actually surprised that Brissett has performed as well as he has but I guess that there's something to that veteran experience that I called for earlier in the season.

Ok so drafting the best OT or taking a MHJ isnt doing that ? Maybe following that up with a Pennix in round 2 ? And hell who do you want to mentor a Williams or Daniel’s ? Howell ? Or JB ?

I will tell you this , purdy Hurts Goff or Dak will be in this years superbowl . None are elite

Drafting the best OT or taking MHJr means that you'll still have Howell as your guy. HE DOESN"T ANSWER THE QUESTION AT QB!!!

Purdy is the beneficiary of having a great team around him and a smart HC.

Hurts, Dak, and Goff are way better than Sam if only because of where they work. Individually, there are those here who are still claiming that this, that, and a third are reasons why he's hit that wall. It couldn't possibly be that he's played against better defenses and they are exposing his limitations huh?

I believe if you give Sam a proper o/line and coaching with the defense then we are where purdy hurts Goff and dak are at . I believe with experience Sam will take less sack , see the field better and protect the ball better as the above ones have mostly .

Now let’s be clear the new FO will draft a qb and at 3rd overall you will have to play him .and when they do they should trade or cut Sam and resign JB

I can't call it far as any other QB in college, but blaming Williams for SC's struggles is more off-base than blaming Howell for the Skins troubles. SC's defense was ranked 106 in the nation n their Spec Teams ranked 133.

Tom Brady in his prime as a professional wouldn't have made SC any better. Thier overall team was that bad.

USC had a very bad defense, that has to be factored in. Lincoln Riley can coach offense but needs a good DC.

Penn State went 10-2 largely on Manny Diaz's defense.

Isn’t our defense ranked 32 out of 32? That would be worse than 106 out of 133.
