Dallas doesn't have a bad offense but that defense is one of the worst in the league and it doesn't help losing Sean Lee and Demarcus Lawrence before the season. Plus the loss of Ware and Hatcher in the off season. I think 49ers will have their way with the Cowboys D. Romo will fair ok vs the 49ers throwing 2 TDs and 1 INT in the game.

I don't like making predictions but I don't think people should underestimate the Cowboys. Their offense can light it up and it will be a big test for the revamped secondary

I don't think anyone is sleeping on the Dallas O. With Romo, Dez, Murray, Witten, T-Will, an upgraded O-line and Beasley who I like to call the poor mans Wes Welker. 49ers might struggle on D early in the year with players out and new players trying to get use to the system. But that Dallas D is gonna be so bad I think the 49ers should win the game.

This one will get ugly quick. Niners 34 Dallas 14. Dallas getting completly dominated by the run game. Also the new found short passing attack will make this Niners team unstoppable.

Why do people think that because it is a home game early the cowboys will suddenly have a competent defense? They were historically bad last season, and they got worse. Fuckouttahere with all that. The 49ers are flat out a much better team than the cowboys. The cowboys have some playmakers, but the 49ers will control the ball and the game. They win by at least 10.

The 49ers and the seahawks are as close talent wise as you can get right now... so tell me... would people think the cowboys would beat the seahawks?

Nobody suggesting that the Cowboys are the better team, and their defense does suck. The only chance they got is a shoot out and that more likely to happen when guys like Bowman and maybe Smith are out. I won't put any money on the Cowboys however.

I know that nobody is saying that, but I see this going the way the Niners beat the packers a couple years ago in the playoffs. Close for a quarter and a half, and then they assert themselves and take over completely.

That was Harbaugh's 1st year and it was week 2. Carlos Rogers hit Romo on a blitz and cracked his ribs. I still remember that game cuz my brother is a Cowboys fan and we beat on that game. We ended up losing in OT cuz of a long 80 yard pass.
