I'm just here to troll everyone
Ugh, tough game. When things are going good you capitalize on the opportunities. When they are going bad you whiff. But it's April 24, this is a good team. They will play better.
Giants were 4-12 w/RISP while the Fish were 0-7. This was not a game decided by clutch hitting (the fish had none, yet won).Ugh, tough game. This is just 1 of 60.
Or the Fish just beared down and successfully got out of a jam.Yes but my point is if they were on a roll someone gets a hit in the 8th and we score some runs instead of scoring 0 with bases loaded no outs
2nd best 1-2-3 in the bigs.and tomorrow we turn the rotation over. I really like Bum/JC/Shark.

Mets.Washington? Mets? White Sox? There's a few teams in that mix.
Mets.
Washington is good, but I will take JC over Strasburg, and Scherzer/Bum and Gio/Sammy are pushes.
Chicago? They have a good 1-2, but Rodon is nowhere near this discussion. Yet.
Thor and Matz were never in "nowhere". They were both highly rated prospects. But regardless, they have arrived now. But I was referring to Degrom, Thor and Harvey in NY. Not Matz.Your Washington take is certainly defensible, but Stras is on fire so far this year. Rodon....young pitchers come out of somewhere. DeGrom and Matz and Thor weren't in the discussion either....until they were. Let's see how the year plays out. As it stands right now the SOx have the best ERA in the AL by far, and have given up the fewest runs in the AL by far. Part of that is Mat fucking Latos being 4-0 with an ERA around 1.

As for Rodon, he is highly rated, sure. But he has not done anything yet.
Wait for the season to play out? Of course. I didn't say this is the best statistical 1-2-3 for the 2019 season. I said they are #2 right now. If we are not able to make any comments about where the rotation is until the end of the season, why participate on the board?
