Philip Dorsett. Per the Miami Herald his average between all watches was 4.21. His fastest single time was 4.16. Even Dorsett second guessed it until he looked at all the watches. Plus the average is from 2 runs. Not just a single run. Would post the MH article, but can't from my phone.
