Wiggins did a great job. Didn't know he was that kinda defender.
I don't think anyone thought he could turn into this player, we knew he'd be a pretty good fit but I never expected him to become the team's second best player and there's really no doubt he is now.

Maybe it was 6-3 or shorter.
Robotech just corrected me, says he's listed as 6'2" now so what the hell do I know?

He's turned into a version of Iguodala really.

Yep. That's one of the things that young teams have to learn because you're right. Teams that let the refs get into their heads in the playoffs tend not to win titles.

When the Celtics failed to take care of business in game 4 and take a commanding 3-1 I had a bad feeling.

The backbone of the Warriors, Steph/Klay/Dray weren't going to lose 2 outta 3 after tying the series up.

They had a spectacular run. And any remaining questions about Kerr's coaching ability were all answered last night.

Wiggins locked him down like the Celtics locked down Durant.

Difference is, Wiggins did it out of a normal scheme without any extra help. Durant had multiple guys running at him constantly.

If Wiggins plays like that next season, he should be getting 1st team all defense. Just a spectacular playoff run.

A lot of rebounding too, along with some timely scoring. Really coming into his own.

It almost seems like he's been in the league for 15 years. Nine seasons and he's only 26. He's hitting his prime now. Which is just scary for the rest of the league given how great the Warriors are. And like you said, nobody thought he'd be this good.

His development and the emergence of Poole this season have really given the Warriors championship depth, and they still have Kuminga and Wiseman waiting in the wings. Probably lose Payton and Porter though, and maybe Looney?

He's 27 now but yeah. Signed one more year, I feel like they have to extend him now.

Yes I think all 3 of those bench guys are gone. Kuminga and Wiseman and Moody have to step up to be the bench now. Payton especially will be tough to lose but he played himself into a starting or 6th man role with another team. Porter was nice but not a big loss. Looney is just a classic lunch pail guy, very reliable, no ego. Tough to lose these guys but no one has infinite money.

I don't follow player contracts so not sure what options those players you mentioned have. But isn't it typical for title teams to lose players? Whatever happens my guess is the Warriors will make the right moves if they lose anyone.

I don’t think he was.

Just fully embraced his stopper role. He was obviously good the last 2 years, but not like this.

Oh he's 27? He's washed. But working out an extension this summer might be in the best interest of the team & Wiggins. Saw this morning G.S. is is already the way too early favorite in Vegas for next season.

And he fits in so well with the Warriors team.

I give them a decent shot at keeping Looney. I think he really loves being there.

Just depends on how much other teams are willing to overpay for a good big role player.

And not the playmaker.

But honestly a better defender. Tatum wanted no part of him.

So the double teams weren't the reason Tatum had a terrible series? I knew k_2_t didn't know what he was talking about. As usual.
