Yup and like I wrote in one of my previous posts... they've been no hit 4 times in the past decade with one perfecto.

Means missing out on the perfecto today on a WP has to be a hard pill to swallow for him too.

I was watching the post game, not sure why, and I swear they asked him when did you think a perfect game was possible and I thought he said 3rd inning. That blew me away.
If this is the case, then holy fucking shit. GET... RID... OF... HIS... ASS!

You're literally managing the team to lose! F'U!

Not surprising as the Mariners are pretty terrible at making contact and they've already had a share of 1 and 2 hit games this year so getting no hit was bound to happen. I expect this won't be the only one this season.

Thanks, Duders! Might have to keep this one until someone finally gets the clue.

Team batting average is now at .201

There is something to be said about the ENTIRE TEAM being that close to the Mendoza Line yet still trying to run neck and neck with Oakland for the division lead...it just doesn't make sense.

Well to be fair, the Mendoza Line is named after a former Mariner so...

I still don't get the purpose of the dropped strike 3 rule. It just seems so odd. And it doesn't apply with a runner on 1B with less than two outs making it so specific. Whatever, I had to bitch about something today with no game.

That explains a lot. In the meantime, with memories of Jack Z's idea of offense, I can only bring back something I had said in chats before:
