Lol i was just talking about Stigma.

It is alot easier to fall into "habits" then to destroy stigma.

Trust me. I live with thaf fact everyday.

But back to the topic. It proves to the fact that there is something done right in that organization.

But with that said I think there is issue with offense and defense coordinators as Head coaches elsewhere.
