Really feel bad for the kid. Only bright news is he should be back by Nov or December of next season.

Looks like the Clippers curse moved East.

Did he go down in the same game Middleton came back?

Luckily for him they put cadaver tendons that are stronger then the ones before. Its just a matter of time really. He will be fine. What a blow for the Bucks playoffs though.

I'm not sure if it's good news or bad news that both tears came in the same knee

Does Parker play basketball next season? He's out at least 12 months which brings us to February of 2018. Does Milwaukee bring him back for March/April?

What would be the reason not to?

He tore the ACL on the same knee he had operated on last season. Two injuries to the same knee in a years time is not a good sign.

I wonder if he'll ever be the same.

That sucks so bad. He was definitely living up to his potential. Now, who knows if he'll ever be the same

So weird to see a player in the NBA deals with 2 ACL injuries. Much more common in football.

The Bucks season is going from bad to worse. That team is snake bitten.
seriously

as soon as Middleton was about to really be re-integrated into the lineup- now Parker goes down.

just sucks for them. Parker was playing great ball at the age of 21.....lets hope he can come back and be himself because it would be a shame if hsi career got derailed because of injury like this.

Maybe this is a long-term blessing in disguise for the Bucks? If they happen to fall in the standings this year and get a high draft pick, this team could be really friggin' good in a couple years.

There's still a chance at the playoffs but it's slim at best. Well maybe if they keep falling they can get a high draft pick. This team is on the rise and Jason Kidd just needs some time. I say give him at least two more years and see what he can do.

No for sure he will not be the same, and its a shame. My daughter played hi level soccer, this year she blew out the same knee a second time. The doctor made it clear that her days of competitive soccer are over, and the hope is she can heal in time to ski again.
