The Broncos have hired Ola Adams as assistant defensive backs coach, Derek Haithcock as assistant to the head coach and John Vieira as instructional designer.
Adams has 18 years of collegiate coaching experience, including eight years working with defensive backs. He spent the past seven seasons at Villanova, where he had stints as the team’s running backs coach (2015-16), cornerbacks coach/special teams coordinator (2017-18) and the defensive coordinator/defensive backs coach (2019-21).
Adams was slated to join Temple as co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach before deciding to join the Broncos.
Haithcock joins the Broncos from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was the director of recruiting operations. Haithcock also has a decade of experience with the Raiders as a coaching assistant and assistant to the head coach.
Vieira previously worked with Green Bay as an instructional designer.
Denver previously announced the hire of offensive coordinator Justin Outten and several other assistants.

He help coaches design their lessons plans to the athletes so they aren't boring and dry and instead try and capture their attention which accelerates learning. It is something that Hackett is passionate about and one of the reasons I really wanted him as a head coach. Reaching the younger generation doesn't work by lecturing from a white board anymore.

The Broncos have announced they’ve hired three coaches from the Super Bowl LVI Champion Rams, two of whom are coordinators.
Ejiro Evero is the team’s defensive coordinator, Dwayne Stukes is the special teams coordinator, and Marcus Dixon is Denver’s defensive line coach.
Evero was the Rams’ defensive pass game coordinator/secondary coach in 2021 after spending 2017-2020 as Los Angeles’ safeties coach. He’s also spent time with the Packers, 49ers, and Buccaneers in the pros.
By bringing in Evero, the Broncos will have continuity in their defensive scheme after firing head coach Vic Fangio. Former Rams defensive coordinator and now-Chargers head coach Brandon Staley brought a variation of Fangio’s defense to Los Angeles in 2020, which the club kept in 2021.
Stukes was Los Angeles’ assistant special teams coach in 2021. He was a Jaguars defensive assistant from 2019-2020 and has also spent time with the Giants, Bears, Cowboys, and Buccaneers.
Dixon was the Rams’ assistant defensive line coach in 2021 after working at Hampton University from 2017-2020.
