Unfortunate Portland lost. Thought they got lucky to get a win in Denver, don't know if they can win game 5 there.

Just like with Philly/Toronto, I think this will now be a HCA series where the home team win the remaining games

Shame Nurk is hurt, otherwise I think Portland gets this series 4-2.

Lillard needs to recruit Anthony Davis.

I kind of disagree, the Warriors completely owned Denver this year

This is not a big insight but the Warriors Rockets winner will not have much trouble in the WCF vs either matchup

Both GS and Houston own the Nuggets. Hate to say it, but I think this is as far as Denver goes this year.

No doubt - but who would have expected to get that far?!

There's no shame in that. The Nuggets got to the playoffs for the 1st time since the '12-'13 season. They won their 1st playoff series since the '08-'09 season. And they are the youngest playoff team this year & the 8th youngest playoff team in league history. This has been a great year for them & the future should be bright.

If it’s Denver vs GS I don’t think GS will dominate as much as people think they will. I still think they win the series but Denver pretty much dominated Portland in the regular season too and look how close this series is.

Totally agree. No shame at all.

GS just matches up well with Denver. Your best player Jokic isn't some unstoppable force like Giannis or Harden who the Warriors have problems with

Regular season means very little IMO these days.

OKC was 4-0 vs Portland....

Hey fuck you & your correct logic! Stop that shit okay? I wanna @ least pretend for a day or two that if the Nuggets advance to the WCF they would have a shot @ the upset. But you ruined it. Thanks.

Some games are scheduling losses and others teams just have a hot night.

Warriors scored 142 against Denver in a game and hit 21 3's.

These things are not normal.

Also for example, Denver was on the 3rd game in 4 days

I think Warriors would win but I don't think it would be as easy as some on here are acting like it would.

Warriors in 6

Warriors gotta get past Houston first but sure Ws in 6 over Denver sounds about right.

Which for Denver would be a huge moral victory for them. Getting to 6 games in the WCF is a big accomplishment for where they're at as a team.

I'm thinking Lillard replicates that Game 1 performance and goes bonkers.

The thing about Denver is that aside from their center, they have a team full of good shooting, slashing type players. Almost all are hybrid types. Portland needs to work without Dame as Denver's layering defense is keeping him in check or keeping the ball too long in his hands. I like the idea of starting a 3 guard lineup and making Dame a wing player for a while.
