This is probably very obvious, but winner of tonights game take the series IMO. Lillard needs to get going and they need to get Jokic into foul trouble early.

Nuggets are up by 30 entering the 4th Qtr, maybe we’ll get to see Isiah Thomas today.

Was there some kind of rule where both games had to be blowouts tonight? Ugh

Does anyone know what time the game starts? I’ve got like 6 Portland players asking me.

First play of the game an Jokic takes 4 giant steps with no call- so we knew how that was going to go. Then Portland badly misses on their first 8 shots. None are even close- short arming, guiding the ball... I know when this team is choking and they were so tight you couldn't pull a needle out of their ass with a tractor. I turned it off at the 4 minute mark of the first quarter.

Every game I tried to watch last night was a blowout.

Both NBA playoff games and the Dodgers won 9-0.

I hate nights like that. I end up taking it out on my old lady.

Jokic can literally tackle someone and not get a call.

Portland is toast.

Denver reminds me A LOT like the Jazz a year ago. Young guys with a ton of potential, you think they'll be a threat for years to come and *poof* gone by the next season.

Much different than the Jazz actually. And by different I mean better.

This is a more complete roster.

Utah is basically Mitchell and Gobert (who is very limited on offense). They bank on their defense to be good. Never going to have much playoffs success when you're banking on 1 true offensive player and a bunch of role players. In this NBA, can't ride your defense to win you 4 of 7 games

Denver on the other hand has Jokic as their lead guy (who is better than both of those guys) then they have Murray, Millsap, and Harris. 3 guys who are more than role players and much better than anyone on Utah after their top 2. Then after those 3 they have even more role players in Craig, Morris, Beasley, and Barton

I will venture to guess Denver gets are 4-6 seed next season and is out in round 1.

They have 4 guys avg over 14 then 2 more at just over 9 in the playoffs so basically they have 6 guys getting double digits almost nightly and you have a star player on the roster.

Being a 4 seed is good. In the West, the seeds are usually very close so a few injuries to some of your top players then land you 2-3 spots below where you should have been. 1 game separated 2nd and 4th this year.

Doesn't change my point that they're a better group than Utah. Roster are not even constructed the same

You're forgetting one big key player to the Nuggets roster.

The ref.

Crying about the refs when you lose by 26 is lame.

I love Portland and especially Dame but this is on them. Had Denver right where they wanted them. Took HCA after winning game 2, won game 3, and had halftime lead in game 4.

Denver simply outplayed them in the 2nd half of game 4 and Dame had a rough night. Those are the likely reasons why Denver advance.

As the team without HCA, you can't lose a home game after you steal HCA because winning 2X on the road isn't easy at all. You take one of those first 2 road games then hold serve at home. Win the series in 6.

That is the most straight forward way to win a best of 7 as the team without HCA.
