Excited to see Cates. I think he's more of a bottom 6 guy, but always fun to see fresh faces. Same for Attard who I just saw Yeo say may suit up this weekend.

Cates/Attard (and Brink if he signs) won't count as call ups initially. Technically they're signing their contracts with the Flyers and haven't been sent down yet, so they'll still have 1 non-emergency recall remaining for one of the current Phantoms.

I agree.

A Mac was never more than minus 5 in any season for us and he had 2 years of plus 8 and plus 10.

His plus minus for his Flyers career was even.

It was his contract and injuries mostly as to why he was hated in Philly.

So how soon do we see a search for a new coach start? I would hope it would be sooner than later, I don't know who would be available, but if the Caps falter in the playoffs I can see Lavy being a free agent, I would love to see him come back and work with a young group.
