Lots of talk about Mike Tomlin hamstringing the offense not allowing the QB to throw over the middle of the field. We either need a generational QB in their prime to overcome Tomlin or we need rid of Tomlin. Really, anything else is a waste of time.

No confirmed quote for this, but Kaboly is saying its true. He's been wrong before, but what he's saying is exactly what we've surmised the last several years. Tomlin is constantly coaching & influencing fear within his coaching staff & personnel.

I would actually appreciate this story more if it was Tomlin himself admitting his fault in this. As in, he's having a realization that he's the problem.

Yep. Kind of hard to feel bad for the guys already on the team though since they are always cheering him on. “Players love to play for him” and all that.

True. They are enabling the problem, But they are getting paid millions regardless. Seems like the majority are just as content as the coaching staff to just cash pay checks without much accountability.

That mindset trickles down from Art Rooney.

FWIW that is my wish list #1 in the draft. Draft is a little soft on CBs, so I'd rather they address that in FA. Go DL & WR in the draft

Rumors circulating from insiders that believe Tomlin & Staff were wanting to bench Russ Wilson down the stretch last season, but Artie overruled them.

Not a huge fan of this WR class. Doesn’t mean there won’t be some gems tho.

I feel like its a strong WR class. But there is also a strong FA class for WRs as well. Should be plenty of options, and I hope they dip into both FA & the draft. Even if they keep Pickens. But if they keep Pickens, there's not much chance they go after a big fish like Higgins.
