I can't tell if I was overrating the CBs in this class or that teams just think they can get someone later on because there is so much depth.
a tough position to forecast for sure, but going off my eyes, and what the draftnik's who I mildly listen to, there really wasn't a ton of big time CB's. A bunch of guys that could probably be quality options, good #2's and slot corners/nickel backs, but nothing that really screamed big time 'shut down' corner, beyond Mitchell and Arnold.

Even Mitchell and Arnold went lower than I thought. The dline prospects except for the one out of Illinois went about where I thought theyd go.

I'm thinking most of the league just had offense on the brain, too. Good defenses made a lot of offenses look bad last year.

Over/under on RB's selected tonight (Rd's 2 & 3)? I'm thinking 2.5 is the likely line

Benson (Tampa Bay) and Brooks (Dallas).

And then a run in rd4.

I’ll get to the scoring tomorrow. Probably go pick by pick to keep the suspense.

I think Corum could go round 3. Harbaugh needs to start building up his offense around Herbert tonight

I could see that but I could also see the Chargers prioritizing other Michigan players first.

Jerra just blew his top..I could hear it from here.

Brooks to the Panthers. Only semi decent RB in the draft ends up with Chubba and Sanders, great

It seems like this happens too often. Good prospect goes to a mediocre landing spot

Sanders looked awful for the most part last year and Chubba is a JAG RB. Think the Panthers had bigger needs, but I'm just a guy on a couch

They definitely have bigger needs, an olineman, or five, for starters.

I'm not so sure Brooks isn't a JAG, but the biggest potential of all the JAGS in this RB class (on paper)

Well so far the four running backs that have been drafted all went to mediocre at best landing spots keeping the trend from the last several years of teams that don't need one drafting them. There are still plenty of more mediocre guys that will rocket up rookie draft boards if they go to the right place (Dallas).

'Mediocre spots at best' is being generous.

In my book, given the mediocre at best talent level of this class, the 'mediocre at best' landing spots would be LAC and TB.

Any of those 4 MIGHT beat out Gus in LAC. They MIGHT take a significant chunk away from R. White in TB.

Dallas is the only team where any of these jokers could've landed at where it would be a 'good' spot.

Everywhere else? Just bad. This class just simply doesn't have 'the right stuff' to disrupt any of the depth charts anywhere else.

Carolina being the only wild card, as Chubba and Sanders are nothing special, but then again, Carolina itself is a bad spot, regardless. So hooray for J. Brooks I guess

Charbs, Miller, Roschon, Bigsby all got decent draft capital last year that didn't correlate to significant on-field production or even snaps for the latter 3 now we get this mess.

Dynasty leagues are starving for an influx of RB talent
