Agreed on Odell, but he was having an outstanding SB before he got injured, but he never lived up to the hype.

doing some research .
nothing is absolute but rush yards allowed looks to be a good indicator on team wins.

to give broncos the best chance at a top 2 pick and a QB, i would trade all starting WRs but more importantly trade Simmons leaving Denver with two very slow S on the back end. being rushed on is a team demoriziler.

i’m up for a complete rebuild with a hopefully a QB

If we miss out on the top 2 guys I would seriously consider looking at Jayden Daniels. His improvement in the pocket this year has been really solid and he brings a ton of athleticism and arm talent. There isn't a QB playing better than Daniels this year. He would be someone where I think you need a bridge QB though as he might need a bit of time like Hurts did.

I'm not saying he is my #3 QB right now (I keep going back and forth on QB's 3-6 but JJ McCarthy is #3 based off overall tools. I am more of a tools guy when it comes to QB prospects.

Daniels has a lot of things I like in QB's. He will have also started over 50 games in college which as we have seen with both Hurts and Purdy, can be a real positive.

One of the most underrated prospects that nobody is talking about in this years draft is Florida WR Ricky Pearsall. He doesn't have the eye popping numbers because he doesn't play in an inflated scheme but he is the real deal. Go google some of his plays this year. Dude makes crazy catches every week, gets great separation and can block as well as run good routes with terrific hands. Dude is going to climb the draft charts soon. His name will be buzzin soon.

Here is one of his great catches... He is ballin' right now. Had a huge week vs South Carolina including the game winner.

If we can't take Maye or Williams, take a generational te like Bowers or trade back and take McCarthy if you need a qb.

I find it interesting that Bowers has played more snaps at WR then TE.

I wouldn't take Daniels in the first round but would consider a mid round pick if he is on the board. No to generational TE's in the top of the first round. Take an OT as a true building block.

They're definitely moving him around a lot this year. Almost like an Hback like Sharpe was used.

I like LGM like Bowers but I don't think it is what I am looking for in Round 1.

Also, he just had ankle surgery this week and not that it is a huge injury as it was just tight rope surgery but tired of TE's with ankle issues. ;)

I would be thrilled with many players who will likely be top 10 picks.

Right now I would rank for me personally

Caleb Williams
Drake Maye
Marvin Harrison Jr
Olu Fashnau
Dallas Turner
Joe Alt
Laiutu Latu

and after that it is a big cluster of really good including Bowers. I wouldn't complain one bit with Bowers but probably as bad as we are right now I am hoping for another position at the top.

Not just this year but his first 3 years of his career. Dude gets end arounds and scores on them from sometimes a long ways out.

Georgia's D has been so dominate (not as dominate this year ) but still good but dominate his first two years that it was almost like they didn't even need an offense because by the time the defense did their thing the game was already over... Georgia found creative ways to get Bowers the ball and produce. They haven't needed to throw to him 15 times a game but I am sure if they did he'd put up week in and week our great stats.

Bowers would have to run a 4.29 to get top 5 in the draft. I was estimating wed be out of the top 5 with him anyway. Id be shocked if Fash wasn't top 5. We could see Alt if we pick between 6-10. I view them both as a Williams/Maye kind of choice.

Don‘t draft anyone with an injury history. Especially at WR and TE we’ve had enough of that.

Define injury history.

Define injury history.
People like Jake Butt or Dulcich where they came out of college already with their body halfway on IR. Or even KJ Hamler where just looking at the guy you could tell the moment someone breathed on him he would fall over.

Denver has taken too many chances on guys with a bad history but if they could just stay healthy then watch out.

Yeah. There is something in their eyes you can tell.

;)
Usually if they have the frame of a 9th grader, or could double as Samuel L Jackson’s character from Unbreakable/Glass, it might be best to stay away.
