Pats need a QB badly.
Vikings would give up all of their future for the #3 QB on the board. Seems unlikely. That means they like all of the top 3 QB's. Jayden or Maye.

Doesn't seem crazy Pats moving back if they do think everyone not named Caleb is overhyped.

Yeah the franchise that traded away a dynasty to Dallas for a broken down RB would never be so stupid! I mean would never be so stupid....again.

They will restructure every year. The Browns cap number will be a myth for the next 2-3 years. Last year they were near the bottom and ended up top 3. Same this year
Yep...say what ya will about him, but pays to have an owner with a will to win who will spend whatever is needed.

Both seem pretty terrible. You'd have to be extremely confident in the idea that there are exactly 3 franchise QBs in the draft to make that move.

That's pretty much the consensus, right? Caleb/Maye/Daniels? More serious warts on the rest.

I would be surprised if the Pats wanted to trade down that far. Future 1sts are great, but trading out of the top 10 likely costs your team a blue chip prospect in this draft, whether at QB, OL or WR.

...or if they're intending to take the ex Vikes QB too?

'Hey, I know it looks like we totally gave up on our coach at the end of the season, but come to Philly. Great cheesesteaks!'

I suspect this will come down entirely to who gives him the most money. And I dont blame him.

Eagles have $21M in cap space without much room to restructure, and they need to pay their draft picks. I'm guessing he wants to actually get paid.
