4 years in the range of $90 million might be a reason the Colts might move on.

I like Pittman. But I am not sure he is the type of WR I am signing to a big deal. I would only pony up for a WR that makes big plays personally. Pittman is just a possession guy.

Meh. He's a guy to complete balls to and move the offense and score points. The more guys you avoid paying the more you don't have guys.

I figure his value would go up if another team emerges. If its just the Steelers and no one else, a 3rd is probably as high as that goes. If multiple teams want Fields then he might go for more than a 2nd.

Vikings releasing Alexander Mattison. I had a feeling he wouldn’t be a #1 RB. I think the Vikings will take a RB at some point in the draft along with being in the market to pick up one in free agency.

As a Falcons fan, I would be happy if we signed Cousins. He’s a solid QB who was playing great last year until he got hurt, and he provides consistency and stability at the position. He’s not elite by any means but he’s good enough to lead us to the playoffs, I think if Cousins becomes a Falcon we have a good chance at winning the division.

Best option Atlanta can get this year. Gonna have to pay him. I think a 2-3 year deal sounds fair. Last year an option year.

Yeah I agree. I would want them to draft a QB with this young team. A lot more risk in drafting then signing Cousins obviously. The dream is you draft a QB and he plays well in year one like Stroud.

If I am Atlanta, I am all-in on Daniels and I am trading up to #3 to grab him.

Unless the Falcons somehow trade up and can snag one of Williams/Daniels/Maye, I don’t want them to take a QB with their first pick. I certainly don’t want JJ McCarthy.

Feels like there is a 50/50 shot you just end up with late-career Matt Ryan again when it comes to Cousins, though.

Cousins was playing great last year. I think getting Cousins is a better option than drafting a QB like McCarthy/Nix/Penix who might very well be a bust. Cousins is a proven solid QB who can provide consistency at the position and that’s what the Falcons need right now - the NFC South is probably the weakest division in the NFL and by getting Cousins the Falcons are probably the favorites to win it - their D improved a lot last year and they have talented offensive players.
