Peterman?

Wonder if he replaces Brown as the #3 QB. Or just being brought in as a preseason body.

Judon and Simmons are huge. Arguably the best safety duo in the NFL. Add in Terrell. That's nasty

Judon was holding out with the Pats, wasn't he?

Give him some extra cash to his current deal to get him onto the field.

Agreed, the Falcons D is now looking strong - the Simmons/Bates duo is the best safety duo in the NFL IMO.
We are definitely the heavy favorites to win the NFC South now and I think we can make a deep playoff run.

Heck, if they can get the #1 seed they get a bye to start the playoffs....

The NFC is really wide open this year - I’m not going to get my hopes up too high but we should definitely make the playoffs and I think we can be one of the NFC’s best teams, and it helps that the South is probably the NFL’s weakest division, we could finish with a stellar record. I think we can legitimately make some noise in the NFC now.

Combine a weak division with your division also playing one of the weakest out of of division schedules too.

The NFCS goes up against the NFCE and the AFCW. Remember just a year or two ago and everyone thought the AFCW was going to be the best division in football? Fast forward to 2024 and they might be the worst. And the NFCE is likely a pretty average division. And then to top that off, your 17th game option was probably the toughest division in football (AFCN) but the Falcons luck out and get by far the easiest team in the division (steelers).

The Chiefs should run away with the AFC West - the Raiders have a QB problem, the Chargers have no receivers and a shaky D, and the Broncos have a rookie QB and look very mediocre. The NFC East is always wild and wacky, I really don’t know what to expect from the Eagles or Cowboys, those teams are always fun to watch - I think the Commanders will be slightly better than expected while the Giants look like they will suck. And in the games outside of those divisions, the Falcons host the Seahawks and Steelers and go to Minnesota. That is definitely a favorable schedule, although you never know what teams will be better than expected in the coming year, there’s always some surprises.

But this is the most excited I’ve been about the Falcons in several years, we can make some noise this year.

Chase Claypool was released by the Bills after reaching an injury settlement. Next stop......the CFL or UFL next spring after the NFL season ends.

LOL.
