One common theme about the ONLY two legit good offensive games this team put together this season…. The Bengals.

Not sure the QB really mattered and in reality this should be Picketts start since he is the “future”, they should let him burn.


On the other hand it seems Rudolph has the ability to exploit the most talented player they have on offense, maybe Pickett will “pick” up on that more when he returns.

Yep and not like what Tomlin did with Trubisky. Waiting until the final quarter of the third game of sucking to finally bench him, he should have been yanked after the first awful int.

Kenny would've had 0 TD as well but also around 180 passing yards instead of the 274 Mason got. In Mason, I Trust. We're winning and scoring 30+ points with Mason, we weren't doing that with Kenny. Plain and simple to me. Mason Rudolph should be the starter for the rest of the season. I also don't think it's a surprise that George Pickens has tore it up since Mason has been the QB. The Pickett Project has run its course. The Rudolph Regime needs to stay.

The running game was in beast mode so it made the passing game easier.

Granted have to give credit, I doubt Pickett would have thrown that one ball when the pocket collapsed where Rudolph just tossed it up and Pickens made an amazing catch.

Hmm, wonder what changed within those 2 weeks....

But what do we gain starting Mason? A possible first round bounce in the playoffs? A lower draft pick? He seems better than Pickett but that doesn’t mean he should be looked at as a starter. Guy has a great backup ceiling.

I guess what we might gain is Pickens not losing his mind. Other than that… I would have rather seen what Pickett could do the last two games. That might tell us more about Rudolph than actually playing Rudolph.

Since this is officially a Pickett benching now finding a long term QB1 and an offensive staff needs to be THE GOAL.

Cause it’s not Faulkner/Sullivan and it’s not the fuckin reindeer.
