Yeah those end of the bench towel waver spots don't really help your ballclub. They're basically there for practices, they're the practice squad to keep the real players fresh

It’s really not fun. It legit hurts to do things like open/close a door or window, or even pull the handle back on your recliner chair. Even chinning a basketball would cause some pain.

my physical therapist said it’s a 6 month timeline of exercises (daily) to get it back to normal

And Doctor said when it happens “it means you work out and you’re getting old…”
