Wild that Phoenix gave Denver the biggest test in the playoffs and they did this. Salary cap Hell.

All they needed was some defense and some depth.

SMH.

Phoenix has the 52nd pick in the draft as well as a 5 mill trade exception.

They are probably going to try and bring back the guys they had this past season for the bench. But, Craig can get more than the vet minimum, he made 5.2 mill this past season and could get more than that if he wanted to. And Warren and Okogie should be able to get more than the 1.8 mill they made this past season.

If someone needs to clear a bit of cap space they could add a guy with those 2 pieces

Thought so. He overplayed his hand. Just hope it’s a sensible number. Something like 3 years 100-120 with last year a team option.

I would rather the Sixers move on. Expect now for them to use the Tobias Harris expiring to bring back some depth. One that I like is Harris to Pistons for Bog and Bagley. Another is Harris to Pacers for Hield and something else.

Booker is capable of running point. He's more comfortable as the off guard, but he's capable so its not a total disaster of a fit. But Beal's talents already overlap what the Suns already do well with Booker and KD. It's not really a compliment. It's just more of what they already had so that's what makes it awkward.
None of the 3 are ball hogs but they do need the ball since none of them are really catch and shoot guys.

Phoenix also got some scrub named Isaiah Todd. He is a body and they need bodies.

Plus Goodwin. Like @The Q mentioned.

Detroit trading their two best shooters and the one big that can play 4 for yet another center makes no sense lol. If they did the deal it would have to include Wiseman or Duren or Bagley. Stew can actually play the 4.

I can see them packaging Bojan (because hes 34) there but i don't think they'd do both.

But like I said it would be pretty bizarre for Detroit to invest in 3 other bigs just to trade for another big.

Detroit isn't going anywhere though. Those shooters ain't helping them right now. You're giving up two role players for a guy that has all star potential, which is higher than any of their current players not named Cunningham/Ivey. Unless you want more draft picks (which you could get in other deals for those guys, especially Bog), you're not likely get a better player

Just fucking shoot me now.

I guess it could work? But I feel like it'd be better to do one or the other. And considering Paul is old and hurt, and Kawhi/PG are always hurt, the better option would actually be to go with Westbrook. At least he's always healthy and dependable.

Zion in a deal for 3 in particular is fun

Even 2 with Charlotte would be a lot of fun

Ball bridges and Zion is a heck of a start to a team

On Simmons pod said he's heard Zion will be dealt by the end of the week. Separately on his own pod, Windhorst didn't name Zion but heavily hinted at a rumored trade going down by Friday. So it's really looking like he could get dealt soon.

My pure entertainment scenario? I want Houston trade for Zion and then sign James Harden. With Zion, Harden, and Ime Udoka all on the same team, the Hoes will be feasting.
