Ok I guesa the warriors did it twice

The spurs in 2014 and the 06 heat….

That’s a short list

And that list is broken down more fairly:

- Steph’s ankles lead to a fluke sub max extension for 2015
- the above plus cap spike let them get Durant for 17

- 06 heat and 14 spurs had future hall of famers on rookie deals plus they lucked into Danny green off the scrap heap while the head landed a few ring chasers

The blazers don’t have much of either of those

He was pretty open about asking out of LA around that time.

I don’t see any issue talking about it now. Doesn’t change what he actually did.

Sure, but not much talk about Memphis. Claiming that now when the man can't refute the claim is a bit questionable.

We all want to know.

But hopefully Silver is wise enough to wait a few days to announce Ja’s disciplinary decision.

Let the league celebrate the Nuggets first.

Or suffer Mike Malone's wrath...

Gonna be interesting with him.

Presumably, he would be doing this to get to a contender.

But with cba, is there one that could afford him?

Would a contender want to get hard-capped by completing a S&T to get him? Opting in may have been his only chance at getting to a contender for decent money.

There were Lakers rumblings, but would've been via trade and likely needed him to opt in.

Doc Rivers did the Bill Simmons pod and he chose violence haha. He’s throwing everybody but himself under the bus. This is the first time I’ve seen Doc Rivers, experienced NBA coach. His experience has been mostly falling short and he’s become quite good at rebooting the narrative to make it seem like it isn’t his fault.

I doubt anyone believes Haynes at this point. His reputation has plummeted.

Guess it's time to start wondering how the Cavs approach the offseason. Other than maybe Mobley I doubt anyone is untouchable, but my current guess is they keep the main core together and add a shooter and a solid backup big who can shoot.

Few months ago would have been pretty sure they viewed Okoro as a core piece and unless needed in a deal to make a bigger move figured he'd get an extension....now not as sure.
