That is incorrect, the Pacers and Nets also entered the NBA in 1976 and have never won a title. They’ll be going on their 48th year this year.

Also the Clippers currently have a longer streak as they joined in 1970 and have never won a title, or even been the finals for that matter

Just going by what channel 7 Denver news said last night.

And during the parade today on the runner it also said 47 years.

Without looking a bunch of stuff up all the teams you mentioned with the exception of the Clippers were in the ABA. Maybe that's meant to be during the Nuggets time in the NBA only? Their first year was '67-'68.

Came in to the NBA in the '74/'75 season. No ABA beginning...

Point being, while sure it took the Nuggets a while, there are other teams still trying, for longer
