Sure, but Ashawn will get a higher round comp pick than the guys they're already slated to get comps for; likely 2 6ths (Gay, Mayfield) and 2 7ths (Scott, Gaines), hence upgrade instead of addition.

At best, they might get a 4th. They thought they would get something for Jimmy G too. Either it's a draft day trade or they straight release him.

I don't see that at all. By my reckoning the adjusted value equates to pick #9 in 2023 if the future 2nd gets upgraded to a 1st, or pick #20 if it doesn't. No way it's as high as pick #3.

No way Lance is released. Purdy won't be healthy for Week 1 and Lance's money is fully guaranteed for 2023 & 2024.

I saw a post in passing that said #3, didn't check the math. They probably didn't discount future picks by a round.

The Eagles let Javon Hargarves walk and he’s set to make 88 million over the next 4 years. They are able to get the best DT and maybe even the best player in the draft at number 9 to replace him at what will approximate 25 million over 5 years. That’s some fairy tale happy ending shit.
