wasn’t he decent at some point?
was it just injuries or is he just not good?

2021 he had more PDs than games started (played all 16) 10 to 8 starts.
2022 he only started one game. (of 11 played)

Dont know much about him but seems like he is a nickel or Dime CB. Not a starter.

It’s likely a deal they can get away from after this year if they want to. It’s only for $23 million spread out over 3 years. That’s a huge difference from 3 guaranteed years which is what he was seeking.

Are you sure about this? I'm told Howie kept him in house without adding a penny to his deal.
Slay gets 6 million more but no new cap dollars have been added. They’ve taken 23 million and spread it over 3 years. Not sure yet what the breakdown per year of cap is. Eagles will be in position to cut him after 2023 or after 2024 if they want to move on.

I really don’t understand this one. He can’t play the slot which is something I would want my 4th corner to be able to handle. Doesn’t tackle well. Combine warrior who has been a malingerer in the NFL and a bust. I guess with two 30 year old corners you need to be ready for injury. He was cheap. Similar to Penny a low risk chance with the potential to be solid. Personally, not a fan of this one.

Jerrah is working something. Is it resign Schultz or is it bigger? It’s scary hours if they deal for DHop.
They need to do something because Gallup looks like he wont ever be the same player he was from 2019-2020.

His YPC have gone down the last 2 seasons.

DHop would be a scary add. He can play the outside and CeeDee in the slot = a bitch for the defense to deal with. Or CeeDee in the trips and DHop on the single WR side. All this stuff attracts coverage and serves to create lanes for the Cowboys real strength and in my opinion that’s pounding Pollard who can bust one or two for huge yards if he’s fed. Definitely rooting against Gannon trading DHop to the Cowboys.

Eagles finally add Marcus Mariota. It just didn’t cost them 6 players and all of their draft picks to get him like Chip Kelly wanted to do.
Good move. Solid backup that could step in and start a few games if needed.....I would not have minded if Ziegler brought him back to the Raiders because well......you know, Jimmy G and all.

SMH.

I agree.....and yeah, you should not want Hopkins in Dallas.

It makes sense to me because he can exist in an offense that is designed around the talents of Hurts. It doesn’t make sense to sign up for a circumstance where you have to install a whole new offense if Hurts has to miss time.

I can only hope bringing in Meyers and Dorsett does not mean we are dealing Renfrow. Ziegler and McDummy are stacking us with former Patriots.

Sorry bro. It means you suck. Here’s the good news. He’s bringing in former Pats and a marginal team which will speed up the curve and get him fired faster. You need him to get fired so you can start over again.

Fuck off.

I have grown on bringing in Jimmy G. Just hope he can play in at least 12-13 games because we have not brought in a vet to back him up. And I do not want them to use the #7 pick on a QB.

Sorry. All you’re going to experience is frustration.
