that sounds like a little more than just wanting him in the receivers room!
Jets & Browns know how to fuck their own shit up.

Lazard is garbage. Watson is better and Doubs was a steal. Will Packers actually attempt to add Love help though? They never seemed interested in doing it for Rodgers.

Broncos signed Samaje Perine, formerly of the Bengals, to a two-year contract worth $7.5 million.

Perine will presumably be a big part of Denver's backfield next year, though how much of the rotation he gets to see probably depends on Javonte Williams' health and who else the team adds in free agency. At the worst, it's likely that this contract will keep him as the team's main third-down back. It's a role he's produced in for the Bengals and that should continue in Denver. There have been some pretty rough reports for Williams' health so far and we should not discount the possibility that Perine gets a bigger role just yet.

Rashad Penny to the Eagles on a one year deal, but I don't have the numbers.
I'm not sure how many games he'll play, but I think Penny is a better back than Sanders

This isn't a surprise. He's due $29M, of which $12M is guaranteed with offsets and the rest fully guarantees on March 17. He's not worth $29M. No-one is trading for him and the Colts are hoping he plays somewhere else for at least $12M. Bad trade after bad trade.

You might be right but that staying healthy stuff for him is a pretty big IF. Neither Sanders nor Penny can do much in the pass game as a receiver.

They had one of the all time elite QBs for 13 years and only got him 1 ring. That’s rough.
