ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Christian Kirk's four-year deal with the Jaguars is worth "up to" $84 million.

Ay caramba! Mamma mia! It sounds like the base level is a slightly — emphasis on slightly — more reasonable $72 million, but it is still backing up the Brinks truck and making a 25-year-old wideout who has never had a 1,000-yard season one of the highest-paid receivers in the league. It's a function of desperation, and a receiver market picked clean by franchise tags and re-signings. Kirk is downgrading both teams and quarterbacks in Jacksonville, while new coach Doug Pederson never oversaw a 1K campaign by a wideout in Philly. Translation, even if Kirk proves to be a good "real life" add, the fantasy arrow is pointing downward.
I'm really liking Gallup's 5 year, 62M now.

can he hold a clipboard?

Cowboys re-signed WR Michael Gallup to a five-year, $62.5 million contract.

Gallup is getting a lengthy deal coming off a Week 17 ACL tear, so there's likely some protections built in for the Cowboys. The Dallas Morning News' Michael Gehlken reports that the contract has $27 million in guarantees. This is a big contract for a wideout who hasn't cracked 1,000 yards since 2019 and who hasn't been wildly efficient. Gallup figures to be the Dallas WR2 behind CeeDee Lamb now that Amari Cooper is traded, and should be the third option in the passing offense behind Lamb and Dalton Schultz. Gallup reportedly suffered a "clean ACL tear" in January, but he's still a candidate for the PUP list early in camp.

If needed sure. Just looking at the average $$$ between Gallup and Kirk I'm happy as a lark.

Dissly was nominally the #2 TE in Seattle last year, (512 offensive snaps for 51.7%), and just 21 receptions. I don't understand that contract.
