Possibly, although I'm not well versed in our prospects. Right now I prefer to hang on to them.

I wouldn’t mind trading a few for a proven stud with 4 years of team control left, especially considering we just signed Seager and Semien.
The clock is now ticking

sure if it is a true fit but best to play the field before you consummate anything
Your hate to make a move too early and end up with anything that won’t satisfy.

When I see this and what Jays are doing

I think it foolish to feel a sense of urgency to add just any LF to make us marginally better,
We made 2 huge splashes and one underrated move at catcher who to me looks like could be a key winning piece

So we are still in the middle of a slow burn rebuild......definitely past the midpoint but probably best to tap the brakes lest we miss the turn

Our window has not opened yet albeit starting to crack open. Crazy trades will not get us to the promise land without extensions like the Olsen trade

The Rangers ownership stepped up to the table finally but they will never be ones that attempt to buy a World Series. The prospects must produce ....so we will have to wait.

farm is currently ranked 11th in MLB, and we have 5 players on the recent top 100. And we have the 3rd pick this year.

the knock on the Rangers has been they don't have home grown talent. if we can mix these big contract guys with some home grown talent and some trades along the way, that's a great recipe for success.
