I do think he was on IR IMO Harris and Stevenson will be tough to beat out.

I was hoping he was going to be the next Deon Lewis or Danny Woodhead but alas:

Taylor finished the 2021 season with 19 carries for 37 yards and two TDs to go along with four catches (on four targets) for eight yards in five games

I couldn't find anything about IR but he was on the Covid list. Strangely you have to go searching for info on him and his wikipedia page ends at 2019.

I'm watching the Cleveland game. Harris and Stevenson both had concussions the previous Sunday and Harris sat out the Browns. JJ played and got pummeled every time he carried. I'm only in the 3rd quarter and it's 24-7.

If montgomery catches passes on 3rd down he'll get a look! 8 yr vet will get a very short look.
JJ is going to have to go PS again.

Devine Ozigbo also RB.....
He was added as insurance and may be a camp body. Don't think he;s PS eligible......

Not sure if anybody already posted this but if so I haven't seen it. Jakob Johnson to the Raiders. And in this article Jakob says the Pats don't plan on using a FB this upcoming season.

Unless his biggest dropoff was injury related and he has since healed. The key question is: Is he better than we have, or better than other options we can bring in?

Even prior to injury he had lost a step. Is he better than other options? Difficult to tell. But, I wouldn't leave him on an island like once upon a time.
