Honestly I don’t understand that process completely as I haven’t heard it often. Part of me thinks why wouldn’t the guy want to work out and try to get higher, but if he has already been given a 2nd rd grade then it’s a good deal for him as he could drop.

Detroit’s Jerami Grant has been the hot name here, but the Blazers could look at other options
