What college choice did she ultimately make?
We compromised.

I wanted Brown.

But, because she was in the Foster Care system in California, she got an additional scholarship and choose....

That’s great! Good luck to her and good luck to you in missing her in her absence.
Dude, she has called me like 4 times already today and it's only 2pm...lol

My Mom lives about 45 minutes away and she has been there everyday since she moved in 9 days ago.

Thankfully, shes sharing a room with my goddaughter who moved in today.

So, hopefully she will feel more confident being on her own.

I can't wait to miss her...lol

A friend of mine went through this last semester at USC. All kinds of fun moving into her dorm, her first year of college studies, and the ever loving first college boyfriend...

Hang onto your hat...

Like what some have already suggested, the Lakers should go back to the trade that brings them Hield/Turner and sends Indiana Westbrook and a couple of number 1's. If nothing is done, Westbrook is not going to magically play defense and start shooting 36% from the 3 stripe and make Ham look like the Second coming.

Westbrook still believes he did nothing wrong last year and he deserves that $47 million. Thus, the feud will grow especially when Ham (who has been given the power) benches Westbrook for not playing defense and missing dunks and lay-ups and practically every other shot he takes.

So to talk about Kyrie this year is probably futile. It just ain't happening. The Lakers need to start addressing their poor record of long-distance shooting which still has not been remedied.

That's some cold shit...lol

As long as its not preventing them from keeping a guy that can actually help on the court, it's all good.

The Thunder did similar, albeit for a smaller amount of the time, for Collison.

He was never really good.

But, was a great locker room presence.

Lakers did it with Fat Jared Dudley recently.

If I had to guess why they might want to hold onto Haslem, I'd say as Goon protection.

Not against other teams.

Against Jimmy.

Whom else outside of Riley do you see pulling his coattails if he decides to act flagrant or if he says some unsavory shit to Spo?

Outside of his tenure, that's reason enough to keep UD aroumd.

No doubt. It’s just good to bust some balls every so often.

I really like the JTA, Bryant and Jones pickups.

I would have been fine with one of Walker/Brown.

But, not both.

They are redundant to each other as well as Christie, THT.

They are all smaller, poorer shooting and defensive versions of Stanley Johnson.

Not sure if you have the means to get him.

But, Gary Trent Jr. is another guy who would be a spectacular fit.

He's 6 years younger than Buddy and 3 mil dollars cheaper.

I have always been one of those anti-bandwagon LA sports fans.

UCLA/Clippers/Angels/Chargers.

But, best believe shed be at USC if she got a full ride, stipend and they had the better school of Architecture.

I don’t get it.

He hasn’t been a serviceable role player since 2015.

I know he is a good locker room guy and all, but Miami can do more with that roster spot. Especially given their track record of developing players.

Not the Lakers picks because of how far out they are in the future.

Now, if they flipped those picks for something that helps them today?

Yeah.

If the Lakers picks have little or no protections, they become very valuable.

Agree. To make what the Lakers could give them as far as picks palatable, they'd have to get a bunch of picks for KD. Even then, as you suggest, they'd still need to flip them for picks they can use sooner, or maybe package for a player.
