Now.....Tyson would have beat say.....Kimbo and somebody like Tank Abbott.....easily.

But, Tyson would have stood no chance vs the upper echelon.

Yeah.....Cormier would have ground and pounded Tyson.
Yup. Taking on elite wrestlers is the last thing you want to do in a fight. There's nothing worst than knowing exactly what your opponent is going to do, yet know that you're still not going to be able to prevent them.

Saw memes come out on "Explaining how person on the left could beat up the person on the right". Having to explain how Daniel Cormier could beat up Mike Tyson is fun.

Yeah, boxing vs. MMA doesn't work because the MMA guy loses about 75% of his weapons. So even an MMA fighter who is a good boxer isn't going to have much success against a pro boxer.

On the other hand, if you allow MMA rules, the boxer gets taken down and submitted in less than a round.

Tyson would hit him with a body shot, 'Bron doubles over and Tyson comes in with an uppercut that knocks 'Bron the fuck out.

Yup. With MMA, you have fighters that focus on a breadth of disciplines. Boxers are able to go more in-depth on one. It's why it's always fascinating watch these sports debate shows talk about possible outcomes when a popular MMA fighter and boxer meet up in the boxing ring, or vice versa with MMA. Everyone with a modicum of knowledge knew Connor was never going to beat Floyd in a boxing match. And it's why I never take Jake Paul seriously when he says he could fight in the UFC; dude would get thrown in with a grappler and tapped in the first round.

Tyson in his "prime" fought Lennox Lewis...who is 6 foot 5. Are we arguing 3 inches makes a bit of a difference?

His height would be useless.

Tyson is no longer in his prime. I'm not claiming Lebron would win, just that his only asset is his length.

Nah man. We keep forgetting Durant is nearly 34 years old.

Tatum is arguably almost a good a player as Durant on his own.
Not sure I agree Tatum is as good. I mean KD is still unguardable. We saw Tatum have one of the worst Finals performances that I can remember. Having KD alongside definitely helps him though, more than Brown

The Celtics interest in KD is interesting. What Dan Patrick reported as the offer seems light. I would think the Nets would want Tatum and Brown.
Brown, White and some picks.

Guessing you got an answer but if not he was kind of breaking down and was traded for a 1st rounder. To Washington, maybe?
I was so mad.

I was stationed at Fort Meade in Maryland and Webber was my favorite player.

We got Price and he only had one foot....lol

Rousey pre- head kick from hell.

She had the most trash stand up game.

But, that judo toss and her flexibility/ athleticism?

They had nothing for her.

I wouldn't do it because of Durant's age only.

Kevin is still currently better than Tatum.

It sounds like they will do whatever it takes. This kind of move is a make or break move. If you don't get a championship with KD...everyone is getting fired. I have a feeling they will include Smart if what Shams said is true.

lol @Lebron vs. Tyson.

Tyson Fury is 6'9" and prime Mike would knock him out. Lebron would have zero chance.

Kinda odd that of all the professional athletes that Raiders fan could have mentioned it just happened to be LeBron. Someone gots this issues. :laugh3:

Here's another make believe fight that would make no sense. Connor McGregor vs. Jokic.
