Yeah he repeated the same garbage last week and got no response and decided to double back on it.

Completely agree with you
People talk about Russ and they can, but he ain’t backing down from anything.

Exactly which is why that comment was idiotic. The guy doesn't back down from anyone ON the court when ejections, fines, and possible suspensions are at play but I'm supposed to believe in practice with no cameras around, he is going to back down? LOL people just say silly stuff on here. Don't have to be a fan of Russ play but let's not act like the guy is soft or some coward

If the Lakers were to get Bev, the 2 would likely have a talk and clear the air and that would be the end of that. People seem to love having Bev as a teammate and doubt that changes

Thoughts?

I kinda see his point.

They are mostly just signing guys that they drafted and developed.

So, he doesn't want to pay taxes for keeping Poole....

But, is cool to pay taxes on keeping Wiggins?

How would that even work?

“I understand why they got mad at us for the Durant thing but anyone else would have done it too, if you want to go there,” Lacob said. “That’s the truth. And this one, I don’t know how they could be mad because we’re homegrown. And I think the luxury tax, you should be paying a high luxury tax if you’re using it to go get free agents and outspend your competition. But if you’re developing your own guys and paying Steph Curry what he deserves and Klay Thompson what he’s earned, why am I paying $200 million in luxury tax? I don’t think that’s fair

Dunno.

Pat twisted the knife several times this Summer.

But, I think Russ would be professional.

All their beef is built from on court competition.

Get them on the same team no doubt they squash it.

Russ fit would still be a huge problem, but Russ/Bev beef? Nah. No way.

As I think you said, everybody hates Bev until he is on their team.

He'd get over it or he'd get sent home.

His presence on the roster shouldn't stop the Lakers from doing something that upgrades the team.

They are both grown men who are playing for another contract.

People tried this with Wall coming to the Clippers because of some shit John said half a decade ago.

Agree.

Pat Bev is mostly bluster.

Remember all that fuck the Clippers stuff when he beat us in the Play in?

Here he is 5 days ago....lol

Ewwwwwww.

@CitySushi @msgkings322

This is a good pickup for the Dubs.

They lost Payton and Porter.

But, landed Donte and J'Mike.

Hmmmmm, I'm surprised he feels this way.

But, I'm glad he did it anyway.

Yeah....

What's the point in getting Randle if Davis isn't playing the 5?

Pat Bev can play with LeBron as well.

Kawhi, George had the ball way more than Bev.

Plus, he likes doing the dirty work.

I'm almost more excited about the possibility of getting Pat Bev than anyone else.. Love that dude. lol

At this point, he has to know that.

Unless he thinks the Spurs/Indy will give him a bag.

His best chance to rehab his value would be to go to a higher profile team, show that he can play team ball and win.

Dunno of a team that has a spot for him that meets that criteria.

Would the Heat want him?

Maybe if they dealt Herro for Donovan or Durant?

The next best option has to be the Lakers.

If he could humble himself enough to play for the minimum, after turning down 80 mil, that would be remarkable.
Schroder struck out when he turned down the Lakers offer....SMH.
