Could be done, the Bundy's all look appropriately aged but still TV worthy. Problem would be the subject matter; most of that would have to be tamed down considerably for today's sensitivities.
so true....have to say Katy Segal became a damn good actress IMO.

Speaking of Mark Jackson...if that dude who's been dying for a job for 8 years, gets spurned by the freaking Kings? I mean, what more can the message say? Don't nobody want you.

Nobody's going to pay attention when he's teaching defense by repeating "hand down, man down" ad nauseum. Someone walks by, it'll be "Mama, there goes that man.....to the restroom."

Would love that. He’s not a winner. He’s an overrated volume scorer that isn’t an elite shooter and is ass as a defender. He’s not a Heat guy. Doesn’t fit their culture at all.

Interesting article on 4 "realistic" trades for the Lakers to "pursue or pass" in the off-season.

For those who don't like reading...here they are:

Eric Gordon: pass - 33 years old, too expensive, doesn't play defense.

Duncan Robinson: pass - gets "hunted" on defense, which has led to him falling out of the Heat playoff rotation, too expensive, doesn't add anything different and the Heat will want actual value for him.

Gordon Hayward: pursue - despite injury concerns, he's a perfect fit alongside Lebron and AD and the Hornets may be willing to trade 2 years of Hayward for 1 year of Westbrook.

Malcolm Brogdon: Lakers should pursue, Pacers should pass: this would be a great trade for the Lakers, not so much for the Pacers as they could get more than what would likely be Westbrook, THT and a future 1st from another team.

At this point, Hayward seems realistic. It would be a MJ move and Hayward is a better fit in LA.

As far as Brogdon, I don't think Indiana would go that way unless they feel RW and their assets were way above other options and players/picks received in other deals, so not realistic imo. Not that Brogdon's value is very high but still.

Gordon is nothing but a role player. Decent fit but just another guy that doesn't play much defense...not a major move.

That contract is too big for Duncan, he isn't worth it at this point. Considering the Lakers need more defense, I'm not sure this is anymore than an upgrade from Reaves.

I feel like every year when coaching searches happen, people just forget that Mark Jackson was basically blackballed for a reason. It's not just that he wasn't all that good of a coach*, it's that the dude is a straight up shitty person. There's loads of stuff out there from forcing extreme religious beliefs on team activities, berating his own staff, purposely creating tension and feuds on players/staff, freezing out management, and a whole host of other issues. Mark Jackson fucking suuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. But he's got friends at ESPN that protect him so they keep that stuff buried, people forget, think he should get another shot, and then NBA fandom digs back up all the dirt again and everyone realizes "Oh yeah, Mark Jackson is a douche"

*ran a pathetic iso heavy offense that hamstrung Klay and Steph. No coincidence the team took off under Kerr when he implemented more movement.

That last part is the key to me. Everyone tries to give him credit for getting the Warriors to the verge of success. It's more like he was handed a loaded young roster and managed to hold them back until someone else set them free. No thanks.

"There goes that man....that did what most NBA defenses can't; hold down Steph and Klay"

Wonder what a Miami-Utah trade would look like?

Miami gets Mitchell

Utah gets Herro, D Robinson, 2 1st's

Salaries don't match, they don't have a lot on the books for 22-23

Can't imagine Utah will trade him. More likely they move Gobert.
