This you @WiggyRuss

isnt poole a free agent now? You have no cap room. I think all you have is the mini-mid level to resign him. That seems rather unlikely.

Wiseman is a bust. You know it- I know it- everyone does. You just gotta hope he can become a solid rotation player at this point. Some bigs just can never get/stay healthy too.

for the #2 pick for sure-- he will be a rim running role player. he doesnt have the head for much more.

You do realize though…

You posting so vehemently about Wiseman being a role player almost guarantees he will eventually be pretty good.

Wiseman per rookie year 13.1
Greg Oden 18.3

Ruh roh
Let's hope he goes more the way of Embiid's trajectory.

Hey, have you heard the Schroeder to Detroit rumors?

I'm confuzzled.

If they are looking for a vet presence, there are better, cheaper choices.

What I am talking about is the Laker fans who talk about these ludicrous ideas like they could actually happen.

Are you cheating on us with another site you dirty whore? lol

Where are all of these Lakers fans that are doing this? I can only think of 2 that do...one rarely posts in here anymore and the other sometimes gets a little over excited initially, but then usually ends up coming around.

I don't do that, neither does CL and I don't think shopson does.

Yep. When Wiggy rags on the Warriors it's like Montalban picking them to lose playoff series. Love it.

Let's see...

Boston is best known for playing with the Ball Bros.

Preston is best known for looking like the Ball Bros.

So, you aren't far off.....lol

Dammit...you're ruining my joke.

This is how it's supposed to go...

Me - Who are those guys?

You - The Clippers.

Me - Oh, no wonder no one knows who they are.

:gaah:

I thought I was low man on Wiseman when I said he was clealry outside the top 2 in the 2020 draft.

But there's a reason he went that high.

Teams think he might be able to play in space.

Same reasno a few teams have Duren and Mark Williams as late lottery guys.

And the Dodgers have struggled since, huh?

LOL.
I didnt say that- I just said they traded Oneil Cruz for Tony Watson.

they dealt some good prospects for Turner and Sherzer too--- Gray has been decent- and Ruiz has been good- but at least in that deal you got some studs- even if they were on one year deals. I fully endorse the Sherzer/Turner trade as a very good deal--- I think the Dodgers got the better part of it even though Ruiz looks like a good cheap young catcher, and Gray a pretty good young starter

Watson for Cruz is a deal you look back on- trading for a 2nd/3rd tier reliever and have to think about "what if".....

it would hurt less if Gavin Lux actually lived up to the hype- which thus far he has been okay- still young- but dude has some at bats under his belt and doesnt look like the star many thought hed be.

Cane may obsess, so I can’t call him a casual.

But he really doesn’t understand how the game is actually played. Like not at all.

He knows enough to spew a few stats and come up with some original opinions, but his logic is always flawed because he doesn’t really understand the game he is watching.

That...and like Wiggy, can't see past his own bias when it comes to players/teams he doesn't like.

about 40% of top 5 picks just become dudes. That was a pretty weak draft too.
