I agree w/ this. They're paying AV 5M to not coach this year and next, and I think Torts is 4M. Proof that Comcast doesn't mind spending the money, but there's a limit where it just becomes ridiculous. I agree with you, I expect it's the Torts way or the highway for the next few seasons.

If Torts lasts for more than three season we know hes doing something right. If not he will be gone after season 3 IMO .

I honestly think this boils down to TK. Something just sticks in my craw that he’s a part of the culture issues.

Frost, Tippett and Farabee all have the potential. Not sure I understand the correlation, but Frost seemed to play better when G left.

JVR, TK and Frost played better when Gee left but do you really think Frost is going to be blocking shots and playing all out in our defensive zone which is what Torts style of play is.

I think Frost has the skill to be a two way player. He certainly needs to get stronger. Not sure how good Torts is at shaping young guys into his system, but we shall see.

They have to be if they want to win, watching the finals, stars from both squads are hustling back to play defense and are blocking shots. You have to come 100% to be champions.
