He had 3 HOF teammates. All somewhat past prime, but Kawhi was also pre-prime.

He was 3rd leading scorer on the team. Advanced stats paint him as the top performer, but not by a lot.

LeBron was clearly the top dog on a team with Dwayne Wade who was a 1st team All NBA guy.

RWIII's rehab has reportedly been going well... he is doing some running, low impact stuff, even some dunking.

He's at about week 6 of a 8-12 week timeline.

My guess is they're not gonna rush him... no need.
