Well the NFL is doing something right, they kill the other sports. Fans like competitive balance.

It's because they have a hard cap and how much quarterbacks get paid. That's why the best time to spend to build up a roster for Super Bowl runs is when the qb is on his rookie contract. Once you sign him to that second deal, you have to start letting guys walk and bringing in cheaper replacements.

Then he literally stood back by the half court line not being involved at all, it was 4 on 5. Is that how it's gonna be for them sometimes? That's not how you win playoff games. I get it's game 1 and they are losing but still. I could do that.

No but I thought he was different now, supposedly. Not gonna make too much of one sequence but if he does that often then the Sixers don't need to make parade plans.
