I had this fight with dubs fans on draft night lol

Well played then. I guess my point is I don't fault them for the attempt, it was a reasonable gamble, it just didn't pay off for them. He could still become a nice player elsewhere. No one bats 1.000

I get their logic

But it was a huge risk for a team that really just needed a double to keep things going

Some talk that the Magic are gonna buyout Terrance Ross. That's a nice 3 and D wing that could really help a contender

Edwards was already off the board and with Steph on the team they didn't have the need for Lamelo and Haliburton.

Who were they supposed to pick?

I wanted Edwards, but the Warriors couldn't get him anyway, and I wasn't even thinking about Ball. Warriors won a title afterwards and have a lot of promising young players, so it could be worse.

But Wiseman had good reviews at the time so it was pretty much a no brainer

Cavs still with the 2nd best point differential in the NBA behind Boston.....I do not think I would make a move if I were them.



On the way in this morning on the radio I heard that Kyrie, Harden and Durant played a grand total of 16 games together (and were 13-3).

Suns have to be the favorite.

If Lebron and AD are healthy the Lakers have a strong punchers chance.

I don't see it being the Mavs. They're gonna have too many 150-146 games. lol
