That was a helluva win for the shorthanded Celtics last night. Sucks Jaylen's gonna miss some time. What a freak injury.

Watching the Cavs game last night the announcers said they're # 1 in...

-held opponents to under 100 (17)

-opponents points per game 106.5

-defensive rating 109.3

well- that will certainly wipe the Jazz/Lakers/Twolves deal off the front pages.....

Wow....

Happy Durant is out of the East. Nets are obviously done.

Cavs just might be able to get that #4 seed now.......I would say the competition is the Heat and the Knicks--- with a small 4 game cushion on top of both with, obviously, tons and tons of time to go.
weakest SOS for us, too, last I checked (which was Tuesday).

Cavs still with the 2nd best point differential in the NBA behind Boston.....I do not think I would make a move if I were them.

On the way in this morning on the radio I heard that Kyrie, Harden and Durant played a grand total of 16 games together (and were 13-3).
For sure I don't think we NEED to make a move, but if there's a clear upgrade to be made then have at it.

Who is going to want to trade for CP3 this summer?

Dallas can’t lose him for nothing. They’ll take something that lets them stay afloat and keep trying to figure it out with luka

Okay, at least they can start rebuilding.

Those picks gonna be in the 20’s though.

with an older, oft injured Durant and CP3? 2023 will be, but not so sure about the others.

Not to say they should not have made the deal as worth the risk to win now.

Paul is partially guaranteed next year and can be moved.

They attempted to trade him for Kyrie just 2 days ago.

They will do it again this summer.

Kyrie Irving and the Phoenix Suns had mutual interest before he was eventually dealt to the Dallas Mavericks. Irving appears to be happy joining the Mavericks, but he will be a free agent this offseason. With Kevin Durant joining the Suns via trade, the interest from Irving and Phoenix could be renewed. “If you think this is over, it ain’t over,” said Brian Windhorst. “Kyrie really was interested in being in Phoenix, so just start thinking about that.” The Suns will be over the salary cap in the 2023 offseason, so they would need the participation of the Mavericks with a sign-and-trade in order to acquire Irving

The Heat has explored trying to move Duncan Robinson, who’s in the second year of a five-year, $90 million contract. But his contract – combined with uncertainty over his status after finger surgery – have made that very, very difficult. Teams want multiple first-round picks in return, according to a source.

If that’s the case the heat are better off keeping him and just stretching him

Another site said that maybe struss and jovic would’ve helped them move him.

I happily move all 3 to clear him out
