And still funny because Philly fans haven't changed.
Much more diverse. One dude punched a horse. Another dude ate shit. They just had 16 people fall through a glass topped bus depot. That’s just the last 5 years. We haven’t even done batteries at JD Drew or cheering while Michael Irvin lay on the turf.

Yeah his role is different in NY. They had a ceiling with Brunson and their tax bill would be enormous. Kyrie is an upgrade on Brunson and if Kyrie flakes they have cap space. Giving Brunson a ton of $$$ wasn’t the answer
Giving Brunson 4/55 would have been a steal.

That's why I'm kind of glad the Lakers didn't get him.

There is some sort of disconnect with him. I mean, how little self awareness must he have to have gone through the mostly self created shitstorm that he has since he left Cleveland and think that anyone wants to give him a 4 year max deal?

Obviously, playing with Lebron isn't that important to him because there has been momentum for the Lakers trading for him twice now and both times his own actions have prevented it.

As I posted earlier, it made sense for the Lakers to see if they could make it work because his most sane years were with Lebron. But even that was a risk considering they haven't been teammates in a long time and Kyrie left Cleveland when Lebron was still there and they were coming off 3 straight finals appearances and a title.

I read a story not sure if it was true or not, that after the year the Cavs won the Championship he was mad about something and didn't participate or talk to anyone on the team for the entire season. So even in his "sane" years he was still kinda crazy.
