He's fine at the normal stuff but someone from the top need to speak to him about his 4th quarter rotations asap. This team is in a close game nightly and you have one of your top 2 players on the bench for the first 6 minutes of the 4th all the time

OK....again....how do you know something Riley doesn't? This is their job, they watch the games even closer than you do. They run practices, they know which players can go hard. Maybe Jimmy has something sore and can't go 38.

Im not asking for Jimmy to play more minutes lol. Im asking for the coach to divide his minutes up better so he can get 7-8 minutes in the 4th just like he does in the 1st lol. Not once did I say play him more MPG. Jimmy can still play 34 or 35 minutes per game with you increasing his 4th quarter mpg. All you have to do is play him 2 less minutes in the first 3 quarters. Really not hard
