Think he also gets more serious about his training and conditioning.

What he is saying he is injury-prone so he isn't dependable which is a real concern. Can he get through a full season is the question. No question he has the talent and he has the capability of carrying a team for at least a stretch, we saw in N.O.

That's only part of it though. You can't control luck and his past injuries. The thing for AD is even a tweak of something always seems like a real concern. Hoping he does stay healthy

I think a lot of him sitting out was the Lakers also being cautious with him....I don't think he was as hurt people think.

I think he could have played through some of those injuries.....and a better conditioning program can help keep him healthy.
