Klay has never been a good advanced stats guy but he's at -7.9 BPM right now which would pretty much make him the worst rotation player in the entire league.

Still shocked warriors won the title. Ja had to get hurt, Chris choke had Luka's dick in his mouth and jaylen brown kept bouncing the ball off his foot while dribbling.

Fake dynasty that will never win again.
Klay or KLove for this season?

Yeah, totally agree.

Durant is still plenty good.

I know it’s early and neither of us have a history of hot takes….

But, Donavan has been the better player, the first 2 weeks of the Season.

He looks like a excellent fit, even without the benefit of seeing him alongside Garland.

Plus, he’s happy to be there and that shit matters as well.

* see Mr. Miserable, Durant, in Brooklyn
Mitchell just seems to be uplifting everyone- the team, the crowd.

Durant just seems like the whiny girlfriend who is bringing everyone down.

I dont think they want him doing that- and it is definitely not sustainable with Garland getting healthy.

Cavs prob. wont lead the league in 3 pt % either- but its been nice so far.
Guessing you heard he's a go tonight....if nothing else should mean Mitchell wont need to play crazy minutes any longer as one can be on the court at all times.

Will be an adjustment at first, though.

Not saying he isn't a great player, but claiming him over Durant is a bit over the top.

If you look at it from strictly an age standpoint it's not over the top to take Mitchell over KD. Mr. Miserable's best days (Barkley's nickname for KD) are behind him and he's now injury prone.

One guy is ascending, the other descending.

By pure basketball standards, Kevin has had the better career.

But, he’s also a malcontent and that shit matters.

For the Cavs, I’d rather have Mitchell too.

His prime is closer to Mobley, Garlands timeline.

Unless you believe the Cavs are the difference between Durant and Mitchell away from winning it all?

Thats a different conversation.
Yep...hindsight being 20/20...and although they won't admit it publicly...I'm sure the Knicks FO are probably kicking themselves and thinking they dropped the ball on not getting #Spida. Be that as it may, I do like Brunson a lot....but he's no Donovan Mitchell..and every time he plays it's almost as if you can feel him telling NYC/Knicks fans..."y'all missed out"

Oh well..it just is what it is.
Gonna have to deal with it...and see how things play out down the road.

Can you please tell Mitchell & LeVert not to torch the Celtics tonight? 81 total points on great shooting. Gotta say I don't want to see that again.

That Mitchell dunk from that game though. DAMN. Gotta be dunk of the year so far right?

I still remember Screamin' A's reaction when the Knicks didn't get Mitchell. Oh man was he pissed.

The old man (in NBA years) is taking charges & hittin' 3's.

This Cavs team seems to really like each other and they're having fun. They stay healthy and they could make some noise in the playoffs.

I think people that haven't seen them play don't understand how good they are.

K. Durant | P. Mills 58 minutes together-31.7

Patty Mills "You're a bitch, mate. The guy in between Barnes and Wiggins, mate" hahahaha

Durant is pretty much terrible with everybody this season but him and mills together stuck out.

Here’s a question.

Is inflation a thing at the beginning of the season?

Are Lauri M’s numbers inflated because they have no one else.

Utah is winning so far.

Just curious what this board thinks.

Not sure but good question. Haven't seen any Jazz games this season. But looking at Lauri M's stats he has career highs almost across the board. Last season he averaged 11.5 shots per game. So far this season he's averaging 17.0.

Might be a little too early in the season to judge him. Let's see if he's still putting up these good numbers 25/30 games in.

Likely scoring more because not as many scorers but overall shooting has been pretty efficient. Like to see him get his 3 point % back up to the 36% range or so but, again, his overall is much higher than last season and for his career. Rebounds and assists the highest they've ever been. Sure, some of that also has to do with his teammates him having the ball more, but he's taking advantage of those opportunities and at last so far his team is winning.

Those first rounders would now be heavily protected, if not off the table.

Amazing that Irving manages to be the anti-Semitic on a roster that includes someone named David Duke....
I noticed that also.....
