1. It doesn’t become physical. Words are fine.
2. It has to be organic. Just let it happen naturally. You can’t be writing scripts like the WWE.

^^^ If they can avoid crossing those lines, it is a huge hit and takes things next level. Hockey used fighting in America to grow the sport. Those story lines from playoff series just take things next level. I remember some Flyers Canadians series from my childhood in the 80s like 85-89 that were crazy because of what the hockey people call “snarl”. I love that shit. It’s as close as I want to come as a civilized creature to enjoying something that flirts with some elements of the Roman Colesium.

Honestly, with all the podcasts and the 24/7 media presenting situations, certain guys pop off just like pre match shit talking already. If I didn’t KNOW wrestling was fake, I’d probably really enjoy it. When I was 8 and stupid I loved that shit. Watched the Saturday morning cartoon. It was like when you found out about Santa and the Easter Bunny. Wrestling is fake same ball park.
