They either dribble the ball to the top of the three and pick up their dribble or put up a lazy 3. That has been the min offense for the past 12 minutes.

Both teams were either tanking to play the Nuggets or during the break between the 3rd and 4th quarter, MIB showed up and flashed each team, making them forget how to play basketball.

Worst trade in sports history and one of the worst clutch time coaches left in the playoffs

Bad combo

Lol.

Get off Twitter and the knee jerk internet and study a little history. Gobert trade doesn’t even move the needle in worst trades in sport history.

Wolves were a play in team last year. They are a play in team this year. They didn’t get worse. They just didn’t get much better.

And if you watched this game, you can see why the Wolves FO thought they needed a center to play next to Towns. For as good as he is on offense, he doesn’t do the things that make a big man a big man in basketball. And without Gobert, the Wolves aren’t even in this play in this year with Towns missing most of the season.

Bad trades make teams worse. This trade didn’t make them worse. It just didn’t make them much better. Which of course makes it a disappointing trade. But to call it is the worst trade in sports history is about as stupid of an exaggeration as it gets.

Go look at the Wolves after they traded Garnett. THAT was a bad trade. Bucks trading Kareem was a bad trade. All of those trades made those team significantly worse. Not only in the following season but for years and years to come. The Wolves arent worse for this trade….they just didn’t improve. Still a bad trade but worst in sports history?!? That’s just ignorant.

They traded FIVE first round picks to achieve the same result man

That is WAY worse than acknowledging you've topped out and traded your star.

The fact Minny gaffed their draft picks from there on is separate of the Garnett deal. The trade itself is no where near as bad as this.

We haven't even begun to see the damage from this trade.

And no they didn't need another center with KAT and all the metrics clearly show the trade was a fail

Go ahead and look up how KAT and Gobert perform together

And talking about studying sports history while bringing Kareem up

Kareem forced that deal. Totally different scenario. Also the Bucks were 38 and 44 Kareem's last year

The next year 38 and 44

They then went on to make the playoffs 13 of the next 15 years.
