Jaden Springer needs to be a wing piece for the Sixers next year. His time in the G League has been productive. Active hands and defense is going to be the piece he hangs his hat on but he has a decent handle and some play making ability. He needs to get with a shooting coach though. Last season was 22% but this year up to 31%. Need to get to 35-36 so he can play 12-16 minutes. This team needs a cheaper wing that could be a playable developmental 3 and D guy…pretty much what Isaiah Joe was before the Sixers let him walk for nothing.
